What is their shipping policy?
Before your order is shipped, erommy Com must process your orders and conduct strict quality control tests on all your products. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the individual shipment time.
The sales tax rate in California is 7.25%. This tax rate consists of a basic tax rate of 6%, plus California's mandatory local tax rate of 1.25%, which is issued directly to city and county tax officials. According to the different local sales tax jurisdictions, the total tax rate can be as high as 10.25%.
No sales tax is levied on any delivery outside California. Shipment applies only to shipping addresses in the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. They do not provide FPO, apo and P.O. Box addresses.

How do I track my orders?
For each order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails:
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. After the item is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email, which includes your order number, carrier information, date and time of placing the order, order status, and package tracking number of the shipped item.
You can access their online order status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to see the latest status of your order. Log in with your eromy account and password, and get a summary of past orders by visiting their "track your orders" page to learn the detailed steps of order tracking.
What is their return policy?
Eromy will refund in full any damaged, defective or misshipped items, including freight. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact them directly to help process your return or refund.
Return without reason: not acceptable. Quality problem return: replace or refund after confirmation. Non quality return: 80% refund. Return or refund after warranty period: not acceptable.
Non quality related return: if you pay and decide that you do not want the product, or if you purchase the product by mistake, the return freight will not be included in the refund, and 20% of the restocking fee will be charged..
For products with multiple boxes, if one box is damaged and you want to return the whole set of products, the returned freight will not be included in the refund of intact boxes, and 20% of the restocking fee will be charged.
