How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click “Login” on the top right of the page. From here you can create an account, or sign in. You’ll use your account to upload your document, communicate with your editor, and check your order status.

How do I upload a document?

After you have selected your editing service, you’ll be asked to upload your document. Please upload in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), as Plain Text (.txt), or Rich Text Format (.rtf).

How do I communicate with my editor?

You will be able to communicate with your editor via email once the order has been completed. If you purchased the Premier service, you will also have two phone sessions.

What kinds of documents can editors help me with?

• Applications, statements of purpose, personal statements, and academic essays are their bread and butter. However, they are happy to edit any document you can write! 

• If you have something other than an application or academic essay, contact them and they can customize a service to fit your needs.

How long does it take to have my essay edited?

• For their Proofreading and Standard services, the turnaround time is 48 hours. However, there is a 24-hour rush option available. 

• For their Premier service, turnaround time is usually about 2 weeks, but it does depend on the customer returning a questionnaire at the beginning of the process.

Will editors write my essay for me?

No, their editors will not write your essay. Please remember that this is your voice, not theirs. Once you submit your essay, they will work with you to make your writing the strongest it can possibly be.

How and when do I pay?

You will be asked to submit your payment after you upload your essay. They accept credit cards, PayPal, and Alipay.
