What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
Don't worry, if your order cannot fit through the letterbox or requires a signature then you should receive a calling card. This card is from the courier and lets you know where your parcel is and how you can collect it.
Can I return a product if I no longer want it?
They want all of their customers to enjoy their products so if you are not happy with your order then you can send it back to them. All they ask is that you let them know that you don't want the order within 14 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened. To get the order back to them safely please to log-in to your account and contact their Customer Service team. They'll send you all the information you need.
What's the cost of returning items?
Please note that they can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: they sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty; or where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep. They will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
