What is the product warranty for Everything Attachments?
Everything Attachments provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all products manufactured by Everything Attachments. All accessories will replace or repair any accessories free of charge if the damage is due to defects in workmanship or materials. Any damage caused by misuse will not be covered by this warranty and will void this warranty.
What is the return policy?
They are happy to accept customer returns for any reason, but they require you to obtain a return authorization before returning an item. If you receive the wrong item in your order, they will pay shipping to return the incorrect item to their warehouse and provide you with the proper equipment in the same way as the original shipping, but you must accept the delivery first! If you order the wrong item or change your mind, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to their warehouse where they will inspect your item and refund your purchase price minus their original shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted if you refuse delivery, return items, or charge your credit card without notifying them in advance. Returns are not accepted for non-stock custom products.
How to make a warranty claim?
Customers must contact them by phone or email during normal business hours to have them identify the problem.
Pictures of damaged parts or areas of the attachment must be emailed to them to verify the failure on the component. (They may further demand that the components be returned to them.)
Everything Attachments will review each case individually and decide whether to repair or replace the attachment.
If a return is required, the customer is financially responsible for the returned parts or equipment.
The attachment will cover the shipping of replacement parts sent to the customer.
