What is their membership cancellation policy?
They believe you will enjoy your Premium Membership. If for any reason you would like to cancel your automatic renewal, please contact them via email or you can access your account directly online. You will continue to use Craftsy for the remainder of your current term. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid annual membership, they will refund 100% of your membership fee without condition. after 30 days, they will refund your membership fee on a pro-rated basis. Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
Are there any system requirements to view the video content?
Their video content is best viewed on a computer with a good broadband Internet connection (not dial-up) that has been produced in the last few years. They also strongly recommend that you use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari as your Internet browser.
What can I purchase on the app?
Monthly memberships can be purchased to access their videos and programs. You can also use their "Purchase Options" button to purchase courses for on-demand video access.
Where is the store to purchase physical items?
Craftsy.com does not offer or sell a full line of physical products, materials, fabrics or kits. However, you can purchase downloadable PDF patterns in selected content categories (quilting, sewing, knitting, crochet). Within each category, look for the "Patterns" tab. Again, selected Craftsy classes are available as physical DVDs. You can find the DVD category under the "DVD" tab of the available content categories.
Can I download my "Purchased-to-Own" course?
Yes, no. As a paid member, you can enjoy all of our Craftsy content on Roku and Amazon Fire, and you can also cast Craftsy content to Apple TV. Even if you're no longer a paid member, you can view any courses you've purchased on an "a la carte" basis through your account. So, you can choose to enjoy your purchased content outside of Craftsy.com. Other than this feature and access, they do not support downloading personally purchased courses to your local device.
