• For contact lens, you can return them back within 30 days of the order delivery date. All contact lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging. And full refund will be returned back to you in the original form of payment; Exchanges within 30 days of purchase are free; Exchanges after 30 days are subject to a $3 restocking fee per box.
• For eyeglasses and sunglasses, Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All frames must be returned in their original packaging material along with authenticity papers, case, cloth, and warranty cards. Full refund will be backed in the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. A full credit value paid for the item applies.
