Will your jewelry discolor?

All their jewelry is plated and care should be taken not to allow lotions or fragrance come in contact with the items. They do not guarantee items safe from tarnish due to the variance in client skin chemistry. While they have had very few instances of tarnish, they do not guarantee product if your body or beauty products applied to your body react to the jewelry causing color change. Same policy applies to swimming or bathing in jewelry.

Can I return the pre-order?

All of their pre-order styles are made to order. Once your pre-order is paid, production then begins on your individual jewelry. As they are making these pieces just for you, pre-orders are not eligible for refund.  In the case of any cancellation or return of a pre-ordered style, FALLON can offer store credit only.

What if I'm allergic to your jewelry?

Customers with known nickel allergy should contact customer service before purchasing. Although we have never had customers report any reaction to our jewelry or electroplating process, trace amounts of nickel may be detected in any gold-plated jewelry, and reactions may occur.

Need I pay for the VAT?

Value added tax is a general consumption tax that evaluates the value-added of goods and services. In some countries, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, this tax is called the goods and services tax or GST. Every member state of the European Union (EU) has a value-added tax. Tariffs and taxes for international freight will be charged separately by FedEx and paid to FedEx after the package arrives at the destination.
