What can you promise to me when I want to return an item?

• They proudly stand behind all our jewelry. 

• If you are not satisfied with your Orogem purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

• Orogem’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear or damaged caused by improper use or care.

• If a package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call them immediately at 1-800-627-0277. 

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order.

•  If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, you can return it at any time for exchange or a full refund.

When can I get my refund？

• Once your return is processed and received into their system, they will issue a refund to your Pay Pal account or credit card. 

• Look for an email confirmation notifying you of such credit. 

• Please allow their Returns Department up to 7 business days to inspect and fully process your return. 

• (During the holiday season, allow up to 21 days to process). 

• If you are expecting a return shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the day of the outbound shipment. 

• You can track the status of the new shipment with the tracking number provided via e-mail.

How long will it take for my items to be arrived?

• They ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

•  In general, please add 2-5 business days to allow for processing time.

•  If a design is limited in stock and not available for immediate shipment, they will notify you by email with the estimated ship date which is usually no more than 2 weeks.

• You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. 

• If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. 

• This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

• They cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

What should I do,if I lost a pair of my earrings?

• Being the majority of their earring designs have a left and right side.

• They strongly recommend that should you need a repair or half pair match, it is best you send them the design so they can make sure your pair of earrings will match like new. 

• If you are sending them a half pair match request, once they receive the design they will call you with the cost to match the earring and get your authorization to make your pair whole again.
