Do my points ever expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in a Farmacy Rewards account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account does not have any qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Can I make an exchange at Farmacy Beauty?

• If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so through the Return Portal. Simply select exchange during the return flow and you will be prompted to choose a new exchange item. 

• If your exchange item costs more than your original order value, you will receive an invoice to complete payment for the difference. This will be emailed to you at the end of the return flow.

• Discounts used on the original purchase count toward the total value you may exchange. You will only be able to apply the total amount paid from the previous order toward the cost of the exchange item. 

• If your original purchase had a discount of $10 applied and your final total was $35, you can only exchange $35 worth of items, not $45.

• If your exchange item costs less than your original order, you will be refunded the difference. They can only refund the original payment method. 

What kind of products cannot be returned?

Certain items are not eligible for return and are final sale:

• Antiseptic Hand Sanitizer

• Mystery Bag 

• Free samples and Gift with Purchase items 

• If your return box contains any of these items, you will not be refunded or credited any value for them. They are not responsible for shipping back sample items or final sale items. 

Can gift orders be returned?

Gift orders are eligible for return, provided the recipient has the original order number. Gift Returns will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return. 

When can I get my products at Farmacy Beauty?

• All orders placed Monday–Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day. 

• They ship domestic U.S. orders via FedEx. Please check your tracking details for the most up-to-date information. 

• For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please allow an additional 5-7 business days from the shipping option you select for orders to arrive.
