Why can’t I see my order?
This error is related to your customer number:

• Your 9 digit customer number must be entered into your My Account information to display order or balance information.
• If you have already entered your customer number, the number entered may not be correct; please verify that your customer number was entered correctly and without any spaces between the numbers.
• If you received an Invoice/Order Acknowledgement or other recent communication regarding the order, please reference the customer number printed or within your email.

What types of Express Shipping is offered?
Upgraded shipping options are available for an additional charge and typically ship within 1-2 Business Days upon credit approval.  These options include:

• Priority Shipping (3-5 business day delivery)
• Express Shipping (1-3 business day delivery)

How do I calculate shipping charges? 

• Add $9.95 for each address shipped via Priority Shipping 3-5 Business Day. This is in addition to the base shipping charge.
• Add $19.95 for each address shipped via Guaranteed 1-3 Business Day Express Shipping. This is in addition to the base shipping charge.  Not available to P.O. Box addresses.
• For APO/FPO Air Delivery add $4.95 per address. (No express shipping available)

Do I have to pay sales tax?
The United States Supreme Court recently decided an important case related to sales tax collection, and, in response to that decision, many states are now imposing taxes on online and other remote transactions. When a state enacts a sales tax law covering online or other transactions that take place, at least in part, outside of the boundaries of the state, that sales tax law could be applicable to transactions that they enter into with their customers. Any relevant customer is typically required to pay sales tax on transactions for which a sales tax is imposed by their state, and they will be required to collect these taxes from customers and remit them to the relevant state. They will monitor developments in state sales tax laws and they will collect sales tax from customers as required to ensure that they remain in compliance with state laws. Where possible, they will include sales taxes in your order, and regardless of whether they are specified in any communications you provide to them, they will calculate and include any applicable sales taxes in your account balance.
