Can I make a return at The Art of Shaving?

• All returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance by Customer service and a return authorization number must be requested. Call 1-800-493-2212 to speak with a customer service representative or request your return authorization (if eligible) by email.

• To receive your refund, the product must be returned to them in its original packaging, including all accessories, within 30 days of their delivery of the product to the carrier for shipment to you.
