What is their Returns Policy？

• Their Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. They reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 01/12/21. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. • Before attempting to return an order you will first need to contact their customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. This authorisation number will help them to identify, track and process your return. Without the authorisation number the return process may take longer.
• It is important to note that any beauty gift boxes comprising of single products packed together will not be eligible for returns as the products included in the Boxes may have been removed from their original packaging for presentation purposes and inclusion in the Boxes. Due to health and safety reasons they are do not accept Boxes or the products included therein once they have been delivered.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

• Although they take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. They ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact them immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
