What is your return policy?

• For Non-custom PVC window boxes less than 72, there is no restocking fee on wall mounted window box sizes of these and these items will be refunded 100% the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost.

• For Non-custom PVC window greater less than 72, they will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25% and refunded 75% the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost.
• For Non-custom ground planters, they can be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• For Non-custom PVC liners and inserts, there is no restocking fee on these items will be refunded 100% the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost. 
• Shutters cannot be returned.
• All metal window boxes in sizes listed on our website are returnable but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
