How do I place an order?

• For all returns, you must raise your return via our International Website Online Return Portal. 

• Follow the steps below to complete your return correctly:On the Online Returns Portal, simply enter your order number and email address to open the request.

• Ensure you select the correct item(s) you wish to return and the correct return reason.

• You will then be provided with a shipping label, please print this label and attach to your return parcel. Ensure the items you wish to return are parceled safely and securely, and the return label is firmly attached and visible. 

• Remove any previous shipping label to avoid confusion.

• Take your return parcel with return shipping label attached to your local post office. 

• You will need to pay the shipping label cost to ship your return.

What if I received my item as a gift?

• If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, your item must meet our Returns Policy to be eligible for a refund.

• If you can provide original proof of purchase, a refund may be provided, however please note that all refunds are credited to the original payment method, which cannot be changed.

• Please contact their Customer Service Team for more information via this form. Their team endeavors to respond to your queries within 24 hours.

When will my return be processed?

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for refunds to be credited to your bank account once your item has been received and passed inspection, as the time may vary depending on your financial institution.
