Hers Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return the item?
They do not accept returns. This is partly due to the nature of the products and if they are returned to them, they cannot and will not reuse them. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, or you are not getting the results you expected, they are happy to help you and will do their best to get things right.
How to subscribe to their products and services?
Certain products and services available for purchase through the Services require you to purchase the products and/or services on an auto-renewing subscription basis. For subscription-based products and services, your payment device will be automatically charged periodically during the checkout process as described for that product or service until you cancel your subscription. They and/or providers may (but are not required to) contact you through the Services from time to time to request updates to your information and to facilitate ongoing subscriptions.
Are the medicines they prescribe safe?
Physicians are permitted to prescribe other doses of the drug for off-label use when the physician determines that it is medically appropriate. Be sure to answer all questions truthfully and completely, and review the treatment plan and any potential side effects before you start taking your medication.
Can I cancel my telehealth appointment?
Absolutely. If you are unable to make an appointment or need to cancel, please navigate to the calendar invitation or the Calendly confirmation email you received. From there, you can choose to cancel or reschedule your visit - just click on the option you prefer. Send a message if your healthcare provider's availability is full.
Will insurance cover prescriptions?
Insurance coverage varies by prescription and plan. While hiss & hers products are not covered by insurance, they are available at 50-80% off their retail price, making them more affordable and accessible to consumers.
