In order to return goods, you must obtain an RMA number from their customer service department.

• You can return any unopened goods (except skin care products, hair care products and cosmetics) including the original packaging and packing list within 30 days after receiving the goods, and you will get a full refund, deducting freight and any gift packaging fees.
