• In U.S., the processing time usually is 1-2 business days. The delivery charge is $6.95 flat rate Free for orders over $95.

• In Canada, the processing time usually is 1-2 business days. The delivery charge is $17.95 first item + $3.95 each additional item.

• In Australia, the processing time usually is 1-2 business days. The delivery charge is $16.95 first item + $5.95 each additional item.

• In all other countries, the processing time usually is 1-2 business days. The delivery charge is $29.95 first item + $5.95 each additional item.

What is FragranceShop return policy?

• They want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. 

• If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return or exchange that order, a shipping charge of $6.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund if the order total falls below $95. 

• Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. All orders over $500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns.
