What is their return policy?

• Free return, free exchange, when you get off at any happy return bar. They work with happy returns to provide us customers with safe, contactless and sustainable returns. Happy returns has more than 2600 drop off locations nationwide, making it easy to return and exchange. Unused shoes can be returned within 45 days after purchase.

You can send your tax return free of charge:

• Start with free returns here and select the "return bar" option.

• Receive QR code via email, no need to contact.

• Put your shoes in the original shoe box in the happy returns return bar nearest to you. (no shipping box or label required!) Your refund will begin immediately. 

• Start your return here and select the "mail" option. Refunds will be charged a fee of $7. Print the prepaid freight label and attach it to the shipping box. Send the shoes to the FedEx Office within 45 days. It may take 3 weeks to process your return and you will be notified if your return is approved.

What is their transportation policy?

• Orders before 11:00 am (CT) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day (except holidays).

• Orders after 11:00 am (CT) will be processed on the next working day.

• Orders after 11:00 a.m. (CT) on Friday will be processed next Monday.

• All orders to Alaska and Hawaii require expedited transportation (second day transportation) or emergency transportation (next day). In addition, the cost of each order is $5.50.

• Economy class will arrive in 5 to 15 days. The land transportation will arrive within 3-7 working days. The next day's delivery will arrive within 2-3 working days. The next day will arrive in 1-2 working days.

• They are happy to provide transportation services for P.O. boxes, only for economy class transportation. Ground and express transportation options to the P.O. Box are not currently available. They cannot send to military apo / FPO address.
