When will my order be delivered?
- In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and during holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone.
- Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant orders placed by 2p.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the next business day. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.
How to redeem my FTD gift card?
- Enter the URL www.FTD.ca into your web browser to visit www.FTD.ca to place your order (Gift Card is not redeemable at any retail stores, other websites, through email)
- Click on the item you want to begin the purchase process.
- Once selected for purchase, enter the zip code and date for delivery. Click "continue."
- Review the items in the shopping cart and click on the "check out now" arrow.
- Type in the recipient's name, delivery address and any associated special message. Click on the "continue" arrow at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your billing information and the FTD redemption code and pin number. Click the "Apply" button to have the value applied to your order.
- Click the "place your order" arrow to complete the purchase.
Does FTD Canada provide special offers & promotions?
Occasionally, they extend various offers, such as airline mileage bonuses or special sale pricing, to their valued customers. They strive to present a variety of offers to meet the varying needs and interests of their customers. Please note that individual offers may not be combined with other offers, and offers may not be applied to prior purchases. Please see the specific terms and conditions of each offer for details. To earn miles/points, you must order online or dial 1-800-794-6FTD and mention the promo code. Offer not valid at retail stores. Arrangement prices include delivery, but do not include service fee or tax. Offer expiry may be listed on communication.

In what conditions will I pay the service fee?
- Flowers and Plants - A service fee is applied for all flower and plant orders for delivery to the United States and Canada.
- International Deliveries - There is an additional fee for delivery outside of the United States and Canada. This additional international fee covers the processing and handling of international orders by overseas florists.
- Taxes - Applicable Canadian federal and provincial sales tax (based on the province in which the order is delivered) will be added to all orders delivered to locations in Canada. Orders delivered to locations in the US are not subject to Canadian sales tax but applicable state sales tax will be added to orders delivered to locations in Illinois or Connecticut.
