What are the conditions for return?
Products must be returned within 30 days from the order date
Eligible products will be refunded, less the cost of shipping
Products that arrive broken will be sent a replacement in the first instance
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Return Policy: All Sales are Final. For items damaged in transit or an error in your shipment, please email them within 7 days of your delivery date for a reshipment.
Multiple refunds & multiple items refund policy - To prevent fraud & protect Future Kind from customers abusing the return policy, they limit all returns to up to 2 unique items per customer.
All refunds will be at Future Kind’s sole discretion.
When package was delivered to wrong adress, what should I do?
Any orders delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error are non-refundable and will not be reshipped.
If an order has been shipped and a customer notices the wrong address, Future Kind is not responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or bearing the cost with changing an address mid-transit.
They try their best to dispatch orders as fast as possible to offer the best customer experience, so it's critical that you check your order summary prior to placing your order.
Future Kind will not reship or refund orders that have been delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
Do I need to pay tax for international orders?
It depends on your country. They've started rolling out shipping solutions for some countries that allow them to cover the cost for you, just select the "Duty Paid" shipping option.
If there is no Duty Paid option, customers are responsible for any duties or taxes payable upon the delivery of your order.
