What does 'pre-order' mean and how long does it take?
"Pre-order" products are either about to go into production or are currently in production and have not arrived into their inventory yet, meaning they will ship them out to you as soon as they are ready. In most cases, they aim to ship pre-orders out within 6-8 weeks. However, sometimes for reasons beyond their control - postal service slowdowns and global pandemics, for example - things can take longer. If you receive a product that got damaged in transit, or if a manufacturing issue arises shortly after receiving it, please contact them immediately so they can address it asap. Full disclosure - they may require additional information from you and ask that you return it to them to analyze or provide evidence that you destroy the defective product/s prior to them sending out a replacement.
