What to do if I can find my domain name?
- If you just finished an owner change or transfer of a domain to Gandi, but cannot see your domain name in your list of domains, this is most likely because you did not yet accept the invitation email.
- This step is important because it tells them what account you will use to view and manage the domain.
- Please check the inbox of the email address used for the domain's owner for a mail that has a subject starting with: "Invitation to manage" and follow the instructions.
- After you complete this step, you will see your domain name.
