What are the fee rules?

During the subscription period, the cost of recurring payments may decrease or increase. However, the current contract term is not affected by such price changes. Price increases for the current contract period will only take effect with the consent of the user. Otherwise, your current contract will expire at the end of the contract period without notice of termination from either party. Price reductions during the testing period (eg price reductions within the shortest contract period) can only be applied once per person.

How should I unsubscribe?

When you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use your premium features until the end of the billing period for which you canceled your subscription. After the billing period ends, you will lose access to premium features. When you subscribe to any of ZenMate's premium plans, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged in the next billing cycle.

How can my subscription be refunded?

After the initial subscription fee is charged, you have 14 days to cancel your subscription for a refund. If you do not cancel within this period, you cannot apply for a refund. After cancellation, your account will continue to use the subscribed service level for the remainder of the billing cycle. Once this subscription period expires, you will not be billed for the next billing period. If you wish to get a refund after cancellation, you must request it through their support team. Once your initial payment is refunded, your ZenMate account will revert to their free plan. Any refunds will be credited to the same payment method you originally used to pay for the subscription, at no additional cost.
