What forms of payment do we accept?

They will accept payments made by Personal Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover. Orders being paid by personal check or Money Orders will have to be mailed in to our address. We do not accept Purchase Orders.

Can I make a return at Fashion Fabrics Club?

Yes, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just send back the fabric in question, uncut and unwashed, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the original payment method used. All fabrics marked as from our Runway Silk Collection and all items by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

What kind of return method can I choose?

• Returns using a Discount Coupon Offer:

Items returned will have the discount amount taken from the price of the fabric amount. If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the discount offer, the full discount taken on the order will be deducted from your refund total.

• Returns using a Free Shipping Offer:

If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping offer, the full shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your order will be deducted from the refund total. If your full order is returned, the shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your purchase will be deducted from your refund total.

Does Fashion Fabrics Club provide samples?

• You may order as little as the fabrics minimum quantity (in most cases 1/8 yard, others 1 yard) for samples.

• For 1/8th of a yard samples, select 1/8 from the 2nd quantity box drop down menu, then change the 1 in the first quantity box to a 0 and click order.

• They cannot send more than 5 samples per order. No exceptions. If your order comes through with more than 5 cuts at 1/8th of a yard, it will be adjusted to 5 per our policy and you will be refunded the difference.

• They do not offer any other kind of sampling.

How long can I get my products at Fashion Fabrics Club?

Orders take around 2-5 business days to get processed and cut before shipping. Normally, expect delivery of your order within 7-14 business days of its receipt. Most items ship from our Missouri warehouse. Items starting with "DFW" ships from our California warehouse. Bolts drop ship separately from our suppliers. If you order a mix of those items, you will receive multiple shipments.
