What is their return policy?
To initiate a return and create a prepaid UPS or Canada Post prepaid return shipping label, use the interactive returns process. Item is in original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted. If it doesn't perform, please return it within 60 days. Within 30 days of purchase by mail or in store. To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at their facility within 30 days of ordering. Please allow 5-7 days for mailing back. Proof of purchase is required for refunds: shipping confirmation email or original credit card used for purchase.
What is their shipping policy?
Free shipping on orders over $50. Free daily shipping is only available for online Banana Republic. Eligible customers must select the "Free Everyday" option in their shopping bag to activate free shipping. Offer applies to the first "ship-to" address of the order anywhere in Canada. Additional charges will apply if you choose other shipping methods. Not applicable for international shipments. Once the credit card is authorized and verified, the order is processed. Domestic orders shipped with Free Daily Shipping typically arrive within seven to nine business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow up to fourteen business days for delivery to remote areas.
