How will I be refunded?
If the reason of dissatisfaction is "style/size doesn't fit", the initial shipment will be refunded to the seller because the item is conform to its description.
For every other reasons (except doubt on the authenticty), you will be refunded of the initial shipment provided that you give evidences of no confirmity to Customer Care (pictures).
The Guarantee does not work or the following categories: beauty product, underwears, socks, tights and swimsuits for hygienic mesures, also for the items delivered by hands.
How long do I have to pick up my parcel at the postal service?
Your parcel is stored for 10 to 15 days at your postal office from the first passage of the factor.
After this, it will be returned to your sender.
In case of return of the parcel, if you want to get a second shipment, you will have to pay the shipping cost. Don't waist your time!
Why my item is returned directly to my address?
When a buyer is asking a return, he gives the reason of dissatisfaction.
Your item is returned to your address if the reason given by your buyer is:
Condition of item (the condition don't fit with the product description).
Wrong description (the description done by seller is wrong)
Wrong item received (you received an another item of the one ordered)
Item damaged (item received damaged, ripped, dirty).

What is hand delivery ?
The seller lives next to you? Choose the hand delivery. If your seller is agree with this shipping method, you just have to choose it when you order. Then, they will send you by email his contact details in order to fix an appointement. These are the steps of an hand delivery:
Order an item.
The seller confirms the availability of the item.
You receive the contact details of your seller by e-mail.
Contact your seller within 7 days to organize the hand delivery.
As soon as the appointment is fixed, take the number for the hand delivery that you could find in the mail they sent you.
If the item is that you expected, give the number for the hand delivery to your seller in order he can be paid.
If you don't want to keep the item, don't give the number for the hand delivery and contact the Customer Service in order to cancel the sale and ask your refund.
How does the money back guarantee work?
A unique and available service only on Videdressing: the money back guarantee. Because, after all, every body can change his mind. You got the possibility to return your parcel is you're not satisfied of it. Every return request has to be done in 48h following the receip of item (including public holidays and weekend).
