What is their return policy?
They don't offer refunds. However, if you have questions or concerns with your order, they are always happy to research what options may be available to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please contact them at [email protected]. Return slips are only available for customers located in the United States. International customers may request a prepaid exchange label. They will gladly exchange for you, provided the item is in original condition (unused) and returned within 30 days of receipt. All items are exchangeable unless otherwise stated on the product page. What is their shipping policy?
All orders ship from the US! Processing time for all orders is currently up to 15 business days.International orders may be subject to customs duties! International standard shipping is a long process and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. You will be given a tracking number after your order ships, but tracking updates may be sporadic.
How do I track my order (International)?
You can click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email! If tracking has not been updated for a while, you can copy the tracking number and track it through your country's postal system. Once the package leaves the US, it's transferred to your country's postal service, so they have updates from time to time.
What does "pre-shipped" mean for my tracking?
Your order has just been shipped! If your shipping confirmation email was sent to you within the last 48 hours, your order may be in the process of being packed. Once USPS has picked it up from their office, USPS will scan your package into their system, at which point your tracking information will start updating. Due to COVID-19, they had to extend the processing time. If you are concerned about possible delays or errors, please feel free to contact their support email and they will be happy to help. Keep an eye on your tracking updates! You can sign up for package alerts through the USPS.com link included with your shipping confirmation.
