What is shipping policy?

• Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. They offer complimentary free worldwide shipping on ALL orders that are domestic and international at a specified minimum order value. All destination International Orders are shipped via FedEX & DHL.

• Shipping & Handling fees may apply if the order value is below the minimum order threshold. 

• Orders including made to order items come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your respective order has been dispatched. You may track your order on the website track order information tab using this tracking number. 

• Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please allow between 3-5 business days from dispatch date for your order to arrive.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

It's important to note that once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

What is return policy?

• Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately they can't offer you a refund or exchange.
