Each phone is priced based on its fair market value, which is the average selling price for the same phone on other marketplaces like Craigslist and eBay. This is how they determine how much sellers will pay for their devices and how much they will list their phones in their inventory.
What shipping options do I have?
They are free shipping anywhere in Canada using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Their shipping cutoff time with regular shipping is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Regular shipping is free at the time of purchase. Typically, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your distance from Toronto. Express shipping is $20 plus applicable taxes. For expedited delivery, your package should arrive 1-3 business days after shipment.
How does their warranty work?
All Orchard phones are covered by a 90-day warranty. If you receive a phone that has a functional or quality problem, they will provide a replacement or refund to you. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were received in the original packaging. They will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of postage. Upon receipt, your replacement item will be shipped within the next business day. Accessories returned in a cell phone must be unopened to receive a refund. If your accessory is defective, please contact their customer support team for refund information. Most defective accessories can be refunded within 30 days and screen protectors can be refunded within 10 days.
