How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are processed as received on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Once your order is processed, they will provide your shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

What is the shipping policy for international orders?
They ship to business and residential locations serviced by FedEx in Canada, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO.
They also offer shipping via USPS to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO.
Orders shipping to Canada will include expedited shipping and duties and taxes.
How to start a return?
If you are interested in returning your Orro Switch, please provide your order information and reason for return at the following link to initiate the process: Start my Return.
After you have submitted the return request, they will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a prepaid shipping label and instructions to complete the return.
Once the return shipment is received in their warehouse, they inspect the device and provide you with a refund via the original purchase method within 5 business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
What are covered by the 0ne-Year Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty covers faulty materials or workmanship in the hardware that comprises your Orro product(s).
They warrant that the hardware will be free from manufacturing defects and, under normal and intended use, function substantially in accordance with their technical specifications or product documentation during the Warranty Period.
This warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. Orro may, in its sole discretion, make any repair or replacement with a new or refurbished product or components.
If the product or component requiring repair or replacement is no longer available, Orro may, in its sole discretion, replace such product with a similar product of similar function.
