How much will I be refunded?
The amount refunded will reflect returned items plus any tax paid, less $8.00 for use of their prepaid shipping label. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used in the original purchase. Alaska & Hawaii residents will be deducted $14 from their initial order if UPS or FedEx return service label is used.
How can I exchange and item?
They are unable to make even exchanges, however, they can replace your merchandise with their "Return, Refund, Re-order" process using one of these two ways:
Simply return your unwanted item for a refund, using the process explained above, and re-order your desired item so that they can get them on the way to you A.S.A.P!
Send your item back to them for an online credit. Once the credit has been issued, a new order may be placed for the correct item. Online credits will be issued by email in the form of an E-Gift card.
Can online purchases be returned in-store?
Yes. Online orders that are returned in-store maybe processed. The refund for the item may be given as a store credit, online store credit or a credit card refund. No cash back may be given. Their store is located at 218 South Front Street, Marquette, MI 49855.
What if I find that what I buy offline is more expensive?
If you find a lower price on Getzs.com for an item that you ordered within 7 days of purchase, they will match that price. Items that are discounted below 40% off are not eligible for price adjustments.
How can I track my order?

To get your order to you as fast as possible they may ship from multiple locations. In this instance, they'll provide tracking numbers for all packages, but the tracking numbers may not be available for 2-5 business days after placing order. Packages may not arrive on the same day. There will be no additional shipping charges for multiple shipments for the same order to the same address.
What should I do if I receive the damaged products?
If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or if your package was lost in transit, please contact them immediately at 1.800.746.7438.
All materials must be available for inspection by the shipping carrier before a replacement product can be sent. Incorrectly entered shipping addresses may result in additional shipping costs.
