What is their return policy?

To initiate a return, simply email them or call them within 30 days of receiving your order. They will issue you a Return Material Authorization or RMA once the return has been initiated. This RMA is your reference for returns. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of the RMA to receive a refund. They only require you to return the item in its original condition, with the original packaging intact. You pay for return shipping. They require you to keep the item in new condition and take care to repack it for returns using all original packaging. This ensures a smooth return process and ensures that you won't be charged for restocking. If an item is returned without its original packaging, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. For any non-bicycle items, they only ask that you keep them in new condition with all original labels and packaging. They do not accept returns of worn or used items.

At Tommaso, there is free shipping on every order over $50 in the contiguous US. They ship their orders via FedEx and USPS. 2nd Day Fedex shipping can buy one bike per order for $245. Once the package is shipped, all shipping charges are non-refundable, including express shipping options. All products are shipped from their Denver warehouse. All small packages have one day processing time before shipping. Bikes need to be assembled before shipping, which can take up to 5 business days, depending on current demand.

Do they support warranty?
