Products sold as new and used by the customer.
Sharpened or Baked Skates - Do not sharpen or bake skates until you are certain they fit correctly.
Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product.
Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons.
Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations.
Customized Products - This includes jerseys with personalization.
Blemished Products, Mystery Products and Demo Products.
Who will pay for shipping of return?
US Customers may return products using a prepaid return shipping label or the shipping carrier of their choice at their expense.
By opting for a prepaid return shipping label, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund for each prepaid return shipping label used.
Returns consisting of multiple packages will require one prepaid return shipping label per package; please complete a separate return for each package.
International customers may return products using the shipping carrier of their choice at their expense. Simply fill go to the online return portal and complete a return.
How long does the shipping take?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Their carrier delivers shipments seven days a week to residential addresses in major metropolitan areas, six days a week to residential addresses in suburban areas (M-Sa), and five days a week to commercial addresses (M-F).
To see if your area is within a major metropolitan area and eligible for seven-day delivery, check the map and look for the hash-marked areas.
They are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and they do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed.
