When will my order be shipped?

GIGLIO.COM ships worldwide except in the following countries: Algeria, North Korea, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. Ships by courier: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT. Free shipping on orders over ¥ 2,369.54 including duty. They cannot ship orders to countries other than those specified in the billing address.

Do they support cash on delivery?

In Italy only, cash on delivery can be used for purchases. The cash on delivery service costs EUR 10.98. Cash on delivery purchases are limited to EUR 1000 including service charges.

How do I return my order?

You can return your items within 14 days of the delivery date without using them and receive a refund of the item price or store credit for the entire catalog, with no time limit. Items cannot be exchanged. Items to be returned must be shipped from the same country from which you received them. You can use the EASY RETURN service offered by GIGLIO.COM to return your item and have it picked up by one of their couriers.

How long does it take for a refund to arrive?

If the procedure is performed correctly, they will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Reimbursement usually occurs after a few days. Processing time may vary by payment method and bank. If the order is cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive store credits - equal to the amount of the returned item. If a partial return of an order requires a minimum cost and a value discount code has been applied (e.g. 20 EUR discount), the applied discount will be deducted from the refund if the remaining value of the order after the return is less than the required minimum cost.
