Can they change the shipping address on the order?

If you have placed an order and need to change your address, please contact the store directly or their customer experience team. If the address is covered by the same retailer, it can be updated for you. If the new address is not covered by the same location, the order will be cancelled, and if the order is covered elsewhere, you can replace the order through the new store.

What do they need to take the order?

They will use proprietary Drizly technology on smartphones to check the validity of customer identification forms by scanning bar codes on licenses. This information is not stored. Failure to provide a valid 21 + id may prevent your driver from completing the delivery. Any goods returned to the store will be subject to a restocking fee of up to $20 at the discretion of the retail partner, so be sure to plan accordingly when placing your order.

How long will the delivery take? Is the delivery time guaranteed?

Delivery times are not guaranteed as there are always external factors that may delay orders. Delivery times depend on retail partner networks and other variables, such as time of day, order volume, and traffic. In most areas, delivery time is less than an hour.
