What is the Glamsquad cancellation policy?

• Updated cancellation policy: In an effort to account for our beauty pros' time and schedules, they have updated Glamsquad's cancellation policy to the following. (revised as of 6/6/22) 

• For appointments occurring Friday through Sunday, rescheduling or canceling between 4 and 12 hours prior to your appointment start time will result in a $25 service charge.

• Rescheduling or canceling in less than 4 hours prior to your appointment start time will result in a full-service charge. (This pertains to weekdays and weekends.)

• You are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment from within your Glamsquad account via the Glamsquad App or Glamsquad.com.

What is the Glamsquad membership?

The Glamsquad membership is the perfect way for you to get your favorite blowouts for less on a monthly basis. Plus, you can enjoy exclusive members-only perks such as a 10% discount on additional hair, nail and makeup services.

How do I purchase the Glamsquad membership?

Under the Services menu on Glamsquad.com or in the Glamsquad app, click Membership. Add the Membership option to your cart and check out to purchase.

How do I use my membership and package credits in one booking?

By default, Glamsquad membership blowouts will always be used before package credits. For example, if you book a blowout with an additional hair, makeup or nails service, your 10% membership discount will automatically be taken at the time of booking rather than any packages or existing credits in your account.

How do I receive my 10% off members-only discount?

After your 2 monthly membership blowouts, a 10% members-only discount is automatically applied to any additional blowouts. The discount also automatically applies to any makeup or nail appointments.

What is the Glamsquad Valet policy?

• Glamsquad Beauty Professionals will do their best to find free parking. If they are unable to, they reserve the right to charge you for valet parking, and will charge the fee to your room.

• In the event that the valet vendor does not allow room charges, Glamsquad's Client Experience team will be notified to add the valet charge to your final Glamsquad receipt.

• If you are able to provide a parking pass or other parking discount for the Beauty Pro, please notify Glamsquad's Client Experience team at least one hour before your appointment.

If I choose to print a gift card, when will I receive the link?

Once you purchase your Glamsquad gift card, you will receive a confirmation email within the hour. The confirmation email contains an attachment. The attachment is what you will print to give a physical gift card.

What is the Glamsquad support fee?

• The Glamsquad support fee is 9.95% of the total service price. This fee is paid to Glamsquad to help maintain the Glamsquad platform and related services, including various operating costs and platform support measures such as Beauty Professional background checks and best-in-class client support.

• The Glamsquad support fee is not a gratuity or tip, and no portion of the fee will be distributed to Beauty Professionals who use the Glamsquad platform.

What happens when my account is past due?

Your Glamsquad account can become past due when your card on file has expired. If this happens, Glamsquad will reach out to you for a new method of payment.  If a new payment method is not provided, your account will be temporarily suspended until a new method of payment is added.
