What kind of payment types does Glen Ivy Hot Springs accept?

• They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Gift Cards, and Admission and/or Service Vouchers. Please note Glen Ivy Hot Springs will now be a cashless property.

• Identification is verified for all credit card transactions, so please remember to bring a photo ID.

• Glen Ivy Gift Cards are redeemable at Glen Ivy Hot Springs, and do not expire. Glen Ivy Gift Cards are not refundable and are not transferable.

• Gift Cards, and Admission and/or Service Vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

• Please check Admission and Service Vouchers for location use and expiration date. The expiration date may not be extended and the location use may not be changed on donated/auctioned Admission and Service Vouchers.

What if I'm late for my treatment?

They encourage guests to arrive at the Resort at least an hour prior to their treatment time in order to check in and change. Arriving late to your service will impact the length of your treatment, and, out of consideration for the next guest's appointment, your service will end at the time originally scheduled. The value of your full treatment will be applied.

Can I return gift card?

• All online gift card purchases require 24 hours for processing. This includes instant gift cards. Instant gift cards will arrive approximately 24 hours after purchase. Gift cards never expire and are only redeemable at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. Gift cards may not be resold, exchanged or refunded and may not be used toward additional gift card purchases.

• Gift cards purchased on Craig's List, Ebay, and other third party sites are likely to be fraudulent and may not be honored by Glen Ivy Hot Springs. Should a fraudulent gift card be presented, you will be responsible for all charges incurred and the gift card will be confiscated.

Can I bring my phone or tablet?

To preserve the spa’s tranquil environment, they respectfully request that you keep all electronic devices turned off. They encourage a digital detox while at Glen Ivy and therefore they do not provide WiFi anywhere except inside the GOCO Café. To use this, please ask a barista and they will be happy to provide you with the code.
