How may I return my purchase?

• If you purchased the product from gognarly.com and are not 100% satisfied, they will provide a full refund as long as less than half of the product has been used and the product is returned to them within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

• Any product that arrives to you in a damaged condition will be replaced free of charge if these guidelines are followed:

• They must be notified of the damage and the nature of the damage, including a picture of the damaged product and the box is highly recommended.

• They will then send a shipping label for the return of the damaged product depending on the severity of the damage.

• Once the above steps are followed they will outline the next steps to either get a replacement sent or a refund initiated.

What shipping methods are available?

• All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will ship the following Monday.

• They process all orders from their distribution center in Utah. There are two options available for shipping:

• Standard mail, which takes 3-5 business days.

• Priority mail, which takes 2-4 business days.

• If your order total is over $65 or you have a subscription you will receive free standard shipping.

• How do I change my shipping address?

For your security, billing information is not stored on their site. Each time you place an order you will be asked for billing information.

What pre-workout meal or snack would you recommend for bouldering?

• The purpose of a pre-workout snack/meal is to fuel your body for the training/climbing you’re about to do. For this reason, what you eat but also when you eat it are both important. They would recommend having a good size meal that is rich in carbs, moderate in protein, and lower in fat about 2 to 3 hours before training.

• In general, the closer you get to actually bouldering/climbing, the simpler and lighter your food choices should be. And remember: Carbs are your friends! Having something high in easy-to-digest carbs like fruit, fig newtons, graham crackers, sports gummies, juice or a sports drink in the 30 minutes before bouldering can top off energy levels so when you sit down in front of your project you're ready to go.
