How do I cancel an order that has been shipped?

• If you cancel your order for any reason, there is no cancellation fee if your order has not been processed. Processed orders cancelled by the customer prior to shipping may incur a 6% cancellation fee. A restock charge may apply on some items and special order items cancelled prior to shipping.

• Orders cancelled by the customer after an order has shipped will be refunded less all actual outgoing and return shipping charges plus restocking fee.

• To cancel an order submit a Help Request and select order cancellation request. if your order has not been processed or shipped yetwe will process your cancellation request.

What if my order arrive damaged?
If within 3 days of delivery of your vehicle, you notice any damaged or missing parts, submit a Help Request. They will submit appropriate claims to the Manufacturer. Be sure to include Photographs. Once you submit the request, you will begin to see email from them as they address your issues

Is it street legal?

• Buggies, ATVs,and Dirt Bikes are not street legal. Certain State Recreation areas may require Off-Highway Vehicle Reqistration for these vehicles.

• Although Buggies are not sold as street legal vehicles, many States have allowed them to be registered for full street use. In some instances, they may also be registered as a Golf Cart or SLV,Slow Moving

• Vehicle if driven within a limited distance from a resortgolf course or other facility. Our larger Buggies say Dune Buggy on the Title and do not indicate off-road use only. They may also be registered as a farm vehicle with limited street use.

• Go karts and Mini Bikes are considered to be toys and do not require reaistration of any kind. Please contact your local DMV for more information and specific requirements.
