What is your shipping policy specifically?

• They offer free economy shipping for orders of $49.00 or more within the United States. Standard shipping for orders less than $49.00 is $6.95.

• Free shipping may not apply to other promotions, offers or discounts. Shipping rates (starting at $6.95) apply to other promotions or offers, such as the Growth Surge Guarantee and customers with alternative shipping terms.

• Multi-item orders may not be shipped together.

• They do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Saturday shipping is not available.

• They do not offer shipping to Canada or other international shipping addresses.

What are your shipping options?

• Standard Delivery - Free for orders of $49 or more within the US, $6.95 for orders below this price threshold (ETA: 2-10 business days in most cases - see chart above).

• Expedited Delivery - $22.00 (ETA: 3 business days after processing)

• Expedited Air Freight - $30.00 (Estimated arrival: 2 business days after processing)

• Next Day and other shipping options may be available prior to placing your order, please contact them.

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPOS: These orders are shipped via USPS.

What should I know about returning?

• Items purchased between 11/15/21 and 12/31/21 may be returned until 1/30/22.

• Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of order delivery. They want to make sure your buying experience is fun, easy and risk-free.

• They only accept returns on new/unworn items.

• Please be sure to test shoes indoors on a soft/carpeted surface to ensure proper fit and comfort, while keeping them in new condition.

• All sales purchased at the event/promotional price stated at the time of purchase are final unless you have purchased Seel Return Assurance.

• Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I use my PLAE points?

• Points can be used when shopping at plae.co. The available points you can use will be displayed at checkout and you can use them by clicking the "Redeem Reward Points Here" button. Exclusion dates for points purchases may apply. Purchases made during the exclusion date will still earn points. You must be logged in to view your points balance at checkout. Points cannot be deducted or applied after a purchase is made.

• Checking out with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay or other checkout methods that help speed up checkout may not offer a "pay with points" option for redemption. To use points at checkout, they recommend using the standard checkout process.
