What’s the shipping policy?

• They offer free shipping on all subscription purchases and on all U.S. orders over $75 (3 or more pods). Once your order is shipped then you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with more details.

• They offer international shipping at flat rate of $20 anywhere outside the United States and a flat rate of $15 to Canada. Multi-unit orders may be subject to additional charge based on weight.

What’s the return policy?

They want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days from the original date of purchase if for any reason you are not satisfied.
