How does their 100% satisfaction work?

They guarantee your 100% satisfaction and have a return policy to back it up. Feel free to send them your new unused gear for a full refund - no questions asked. If you are not fully interested in the product, you can return your used gear within 30 days of delivery for points at the GoWorx store. New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received with its original box, packaging and labels. Used and undamaged gear will be exchanged for credit in your GoWorx account. They do not accept products damaged by negligence, misuse or abuse. If you want to return it, please email them at [email protected] for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

How are GOWORX products covered by warranty?

GoWorx proudly guarantees the quality and performance of their in-house engineered products. GoWorx will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair items that are defective in materials and workmanship during the actual useful life of the product. Products damaged by wear, neglect or misuse may be repaired or replaced for a nominal fee. All GoWorx products must be purchased directly from their website or from an authorized reseller to qualify for their warranty and coverage.

What is their shipping policy?

Free Shipping on orders $50 and over (USPS First Class Mail). Shipping times are business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. GoWorx determines the most efficient shipping company for your order. Possible carriers are: United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx. All orders require payment verification before shipping. The recipient may pay all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage COD in local currency upon delivery. These are determined by the local government. Duties, taxes and/or customs charges will be additional amounts charged upon delivery of your order.
