What is their shipping policy?

All international shipments are subject to fees at the time of transit. Generally, Customs imposes different taxes and brokerage fees depending on where the package is delivered, how far it travels outside of the United States, and the value and weight of the package. These fees typically apply to any international shipment. They are doing their best to establish a flat brokerage fee for all international packages. Taxes are determined by Customs and cannot be tampered with. Any taxes or fees that apply to the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that these fees are normal and usually apply to international shipments. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed/shipped. Customers can choose between different shipping methods depending on how fast they want their package delivered. They use UPS and USPS as their primary courier services. All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.  Please remember that all orders placed during non-business hours (including weekends, evenings and holidays) will not be processed until normal business hours resume. Their shipping cutoff time is 2:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Is my tank/coil under warranty?

Their warranty only applies to electronic parts (batteries and chargers). All of their tanks and coils are consumable, which means they need to be replaced from time to time. Each tank/coil has a specific durability index. If you have any questions about your tank/coil within 7 days of receipt, please contact them immediately at info@grencoscience or (800) 948-7480 so that they can assist you accordingly.

What is their return policy?

If, for any reason, a buyer is not satisfied with an item purchased from their site, the buyer has the right to return the product (within 7 business days from the date of receipt) for an exchange of the item or store credit to be applied to a future purchase. No refunds will be issued. For sanitation purposes, all clothing and hat purchases (including but not limited to: men's/women's T-shirts, men's/women's tank tops, Snapbacks, brimless beanies, pullover hoodies) are considered final sale. Store credit/exchange/returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
