What is their shipping policy?
Orders received by 3:00pm PST will ship via regular USPS within 1-2 business days. Two-day delivery does not include Saturday/Sunday delivery. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Buy 2 or more types of items/packages and get 20% combined shipping.
How does return work?
GPS SmartSole can only be returned if unused, untrimmed and unworn. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For returns, please contact [email protected]. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, except those initiated by Technical Support in response to a verified outage of local cellular coverage. GPS SmartSole must be returned in the same condition as received in the original box and/or packaging. Returns must be in their original packaging, including charging system and printed materials. The non-device embedded insole (left insole) can be trimmed or worn to test fit and is the only element exempt from unused, untrimmed and unworn condition upon return. Returns that do not meet these terms will incur a restocking fee.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to the seller. All returns require a tracking number for products over $75.00. All returns will be subject to inspection. Upon inspection and approval, the full purchase price will be refunded, including activation fees and standard shipping (excluding expedited shipping, overnight shipping, or customs/brokerage fees). Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to be posted to your financial institution.
Where does GPS SmartSole work?
GPS SmartSoles purchased in the US will work with cellular coverage in all 50 states. You must test the connectivity of the GPS SmartSole when it arrives.
