How does ticket donation work?

As a community partner, the Aquarium of Greater Cleveland provides ticket donations to non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio to use as prizes in fundraisers or as auction items. Prioritize careers with animal or environmental protection, conservation and/or educational missions. They also donate to nonprofit organizations whose goal is to serve seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged children and their families. Requests must be submitted in writing.

Do they offer free return?

They have a non-refundable policy on tickets, but you can reschedule your visit to a future date (up to 2 years from the date of purchase). All sales are final. Therefore no refunds are possible.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

They strongly recommend that you pre-order general tickets online.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Tickets won from a charity, newspaper, TV or radio station are valid until the date printed on the voucher. They will scan (or enter your transaction ID number) from your gift certificate or ask you to hand over your voucher upon arrival.

How long are tickets valid for?

All tickets donated or given as prizes from TV stations, aquarium competitions, and nonprofit fundraisers will expire on the date printed on the voucher. Currently, tickets you buy online are valid for the date and time you choose. You should arrive as close to that time as possible. Is parking free?

There are currently no daytime parking attendants and parking is free. This will change to a credit card system in late summer. Parking for permit holders will remain free.
