When will my order be shipped?

Numrich Gun Parts Corporation ships primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders of $125 or more are shipped via FedEx. Be sure to provide a valid street address as FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping is available online at certain times. If this option is not available when placing an order, please contact their Sales and Orders Department at 845.679.2417, toll free: 866.NUMRICH (866.686.7424). They will be able to help you place your order using FedEx Ground (unless your order is $125 or more), 2nd Day or Standard Overnight.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

All items are guaranteed to work as described, and any item (unless otherwise stated) may be returned for any reason within 90 days from the date of shipment. All returned parts must be in original condition, uncut and unaltered. If the item you received was damaged in transit, please contact them first. Please do not return/return this item as their claim with the carrier will be void. If firearm manufacturing has already begun, their warranty is void. For correctly returned items, they will process a refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Is there a charge for returns?

Returns after 90 days will be refunded as a Numrich Gun Parts gift card and subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please securely package and insure returned items in a padded envelope or box. They will not give refunds or exchanges if the part is damaged during the return process, or if the part is lost due to a damaged envelope or box.

What discounts do resellers have?

Their reseller discount program automatically gives you 10% off most of their items. Please note that reseller discounts do not apply to their international customers.
