What is coupon policy？

• Unless otherwise noted on the coupon, all coupon codes are issued with a minimum spend requirement. This minimum spend requirement is detailed with the coupon code.

• All coupon codes include an expiration date. They do not issue open ended coupon codes. The expiration time is at 12:01 am eastern time on the date the coupon expires. If for example the coupon is set to expire on 10/31, at 12:01am eastern time on 10/31 the coupon will become invalid.

• They always exclude coupon usage on the following items: Gift Cards, Special Order items, Close-Out Items, Food/Perishable Items, Personalized Items or for Affiliate site purchases (e.g. contact lenses, personalized items) where checkout is completed on another website. For coupons that have a minimum spend requirement, purchase of these coupon exempt items are not used in the calculation of the total purchase amount for other qualifying items in the same order.

How to initiate a return?

• Choose the order number that applies to the item(s) you wish to return.

• Click on "Return Items?" on the right hand side.

• Next, choose the quantity (if applicable) you wish to return.

• Select a reason from the drop down box as to why you are returning the item(s).

• Submit return request.

• Once they have reviewed your request (typically within one business day or less of when you submit the request), you will receive an email with RMA number along with the return address information.

What is shipping policy?

They offer FREE ground shipping on orders based on your merchandise order total and ship-to location. Generally, orders shipped to locations east of the Mississippi River will qualify for free shipping on $65 or more. Locations west of the Mississippi require $99 or more. Not all ship to addresses will qualify for free or upgraded shipping promotions. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or International shipments do not qualify for this free shipping offer. Also, orders for items that have a dimensional weight more than 60lbs and orders for large props and other over-sized items do not qualify for these offers (nor can these items be used in the calculation of the total purchase price to qualify other items for this offer.)
