Can my appointment be cancelled?

Their membership is non-transferable and refundable. Twenty-four hours' notice is required for any cancellation of appointment. Otherwise, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. Hand & Stone must be notified of any changes to address, contact information and/or credit card information.

What is the rollover privilege?

Members can roll over any unused services to the next month. After the termination of your monthly membership, the accrued membership service package expires and is non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership, and the accrued membership service expires 90 days after the last day of your prepaid recurring membership.

What is Hand & Stone's Rewards Points Program?

The Hand & Stone Rewards Points Program (the "Program") is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. They reward you for doing things you already do, giving you monthly massages or facials, buying gift cards or other products and services, referring friends, and even making appointments online.

How do I earn Hand & Stone Rewards points?

• 500 points for joining the Lifestyle Program.

• Earn 5 points for every dollar you spend at Hand & Stone on services, products, gift cards, upgrades, and even monthly membership fees. Points earned on monthly membership packages or prepaid series packages will be awarded when packages are redeemed for services.

• Earn 1,000 points for every friend you refer to Hand & Stone. Friends must provide your name at the time of appointment, and after your friend's first service at Hand and Stone, you will receive a letter of recommendation.

• Earn 50 points for booking your monthly appointments online at www.handandstone.com or their mobile app.

• 50 points are used to book appointments for the next month when your monthly service is in place.
