What is return policy?

• They will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving the order (some exclusions apply, see below). 

• They take great pride in the quality of our products, which is why they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your hankypanky.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. 

• A $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit ($14.00 if returning from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).

• Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than hankypanky.com must be returned to the retailer, not hankypanky.com. They reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards. See below for further information.

Is there a cost to return an item?

• A $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit ($14.00 if returning from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).

• The credit will be applied within 30 days once returned merchandise is received and inspected. They will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

• Initial shipping charge and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item(s) is returned 30+ days of receipt, your refund will be in the form of a hankypanky.com merchandise credit. Items returned more than 60 days after delivery are non-refundable.

Can I change the shipping method or address on an order I already placed?

Due to the holiday rush, and the speed at which they are processing orders they are unable to update or change the shipping method on an order once it has been placed. Please place a new order if needed and return the original order once it arrives to you. Please note the holiday exchange period has been extended to 60 days for orders placed Nov 1, 2021, to Dec 16th, 2021.

It has been a while, and I don't have my package. What should I do?

Please visit the UPS website, and use your tracking number (found by signing into your account) to check on delivery. If the status is "In Transit" your package may still be on the way to you. If you need additional assistance, please call us at 1-877-447-4811.
