What is their return policy?

While they go to great lengths to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, keep in mind that Happy Monday Store is a growing company and doesn't have the same return policy you'll find at Happy Monday Store. They recommend that you provide a reliable shipping address and follow your tracking number, as this will help you know when the package will arrive at your residence. They are not responsible for unclaimed items or items shipped to the wrong address. If you are unable to receive your package at the address provided upon delivery, please note that the delivery service will typically leave instructions for pickup at your local post office within 10 days of the initial delivery to you. After the 10 days expire, the item will be returned to them in Thailand, no matter what you or they choose. If you wish to resend your order to them, please note that they charge $8 per item. For example, two items returned will cost $16, and so on.
